Every plant tells the story of where it came from.
Welcome, friend. I am so glad you found your way here. I am Khristina Hahn, and I want to share something with you.
From as far back as I can remember, I carried a deep sense of knowing. I was endlessly fascinated by the mystical, the unknown, and the invisible threads that connect us to something greater. I was always reaching toward it, trying to understand it, trying to find my way into it.
Over time, that part of me was slowly silenced. Life had other plans, or so I thought.
What I know now is that you cannot silence what you are. The cosmos has a way of guiding you back to yourself. When life decides it is time for you to grow, the seeds that were always there begin reaching for the light.
My Soil
The richest soil is made from what has been broken down and transformed.
Somewhere between surviving and simply existing, I had vanished.
I endured grief that went far beyond the people I loved and those that caused me a great deal of pain. I had given myself away without even realizing it. I had lost myself. In relationship after relationship, I disappeared, reshaping and remolding who I was to fit what others needed me to be, until I no longer recognized the person looking back at me in the mirror. My abandonment and betrayal wounds ran deep, and I was confused, afraid, and triggered in ways I didn't yet have words for.
It was during one of the darkest and most disorienting seasons of my life that I stumbled into my first sound healing experience. Something happened in that room that I cannot fully explain, only that I felt it in my bones. For the first time in what felt like forever, my mind went quiet. The anxiety loosened its grip. I could breathe. I knew, with a certainty that bypassed logic entirely, that this was my medicine. And that I was meant to share it.
That knowing cracked something open in me.
I began to recoil from the noise of the world and lean into something older and quieter. I let the sun wash over my skin and warm my bones. I listened to the birds sing their songs and tell their stories. I felt the wind move through me. I put my hands into fresh water springs and let the current carry away what I could no longer hold. Nature became my church, my therapist, my mirror.
I asked the universe, in a moment of raw and honest prayer, to remove me from where I was and place me somewhere new. Somewhere I knew no one. Somewhere I could begin again. In 2022, that prayer was answered.
Slowly, quietly, I built myself back up, honoring my deep need to stay connected to the land, the elements, and the ethers. And somewhere in that rebuilding, I gathered everything I had learned, everything I had survived, and everything I had been guided toward, and I brought it into service.
My Garden
A garden is not just grown. It is tended, with patience, with love, with intention.
Through my own healing journey, I was drawn to modalities that resonated deeply with my soul, ones I felt called to not just experience, but to study, embody, and eventually become certified in.
Using crystal bowls, gongs, and various other instruments, I create immersive soundscapes that guide participants into a deep, trance-like state where profound healing can occur and relief from anxiety and the weight of daily stress becomes possible. When the mind finally goes quiet, the body remembers how to heal itself.
Working with the nurturing guidance of cacao, I hold sacred space for those who are looking to explore the closed doors in their subconscious, bringing forth clarity and the courage to overcome what has been blocking the way forward.
As a Reiki Master, I work with the body's energetic field to gently identify and move stuck energy, creating space for the natural flow of healing to be restored.
My Tarot and Oracle sessions are less like a reading and more like a therapy session. Together we use the cards as a mirror, exploring motivations, breaking through mental blocks, and bringing clarity to the goals and dreams that are waiting to take root.
I work with people who are tired of toxic patterns, painful relationships, and programming that was never theirs to carry. People who are ready to stop abandoning themselves.
I know that journey. I have lived every step of it.
And I am here, rooted and still growing, ready to walk alongside you as you find your way back to yourself.
